As Canada's trusted choice in Raw, we're looking for the newest member of the Sales leadership team. We're looking for a pet loving National Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales team and drive growth across Canada. In this role, you'll turn strategic goals into actionable plans, build strong retail partnerships, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. You'll work closely with the Director of Sales & Customer Experience to strengthen our market presence and champion innovation.
This role supports a national team, travelling inter-provincially 6-8 times per year. The preference will be given to candidates located in Ontario.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing field sales team of six Account Managers.
- Execute sales strategies to deliver business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners at all levels of Management.
- Analyze sales data and deliver actionable insights using CRM and BI tools (Hubspot & PowerBI).
- Collaborate with Marketing on product launches and brand positioning.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend competitive strategies.
- Partner with Director, Sales & Customer Experience to support overall sales strategy and ongoing development and execution of Sales Playbook.
What We're Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Business or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience (CPG preferred).
- 5+ years in a sales management role with proven success.
- Pet Industry experience an asset.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and BI platforms.
- Valid passport and driver's license; comfortable with travel.
