Job description:

Overview

High-Definition Concrete Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Civil formwork foreman to run a small civil formwork crew responsible for executing the formwork portion of all civil projects, including curbs, sidewalks, letdowns, curb walls, and medians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform formwork takeoffs and relay to the coordinator
  • Complete concrete takeoffs for order placement.
  • Communicate with coordinators to schedule projects and crew assignments.
  • Measure and record work completed at the end of each day.
  • Lead and work alongside a small team of carpenters and/or laborers effectively.
  • Lay out and set heights for formwork from client survey pins or hubs.
  • Coordinate with the concrete foreman, supervisor, and dispatch to schedule concrete delivery.
  • Manage time and plan daily activities efficiently.

Requirements:

· Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation

· Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn

· Minimum 5 years' experience of crew management

· At least 10 years of experience in civil formwork (curb, sidewalks, etc.)

· Basic knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to construction and concrete work

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)

Overtime as needed
