About the Role
We're looking for a Production & Content Manager who can own the full spectrum of on-site creative execution — from iPhone-style brand content to fully produced photo and video shoots. This role blends creative direction, hands-on production, people management, and vendor coordination. You'll be the face of our shoots, ensuring every detail from casting to final delivery aligns with the creative vision and brand standards.
What You'll Lead
Content Creation & Execution
• Capture short-form, iPhone-style social content for brand and agency use.
• Collaborate on creative concepts with our strategy and creative teams.
• Provide clear direction to photographers, videographers, and talent on set.
Production Management
• Manage full production workflows: pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and on-site oversight.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, talent agencies, studios, and freelancers.
• Develop shot lists, production schedules, and supporting creative documentation.
• Oversee gear, props, styling coordination, and day-of production needs.
Creative Development
• Create mood boards, visual references, and shot direction when required.
• Ensure all visual output aligns with brand identity, campaign goals, and creative standards.
• Work closely with creative leadership to refine concepts and elevate execution.
You're a Fit If You
• Are personable, polished, and confident on set — you can guide talent and crew with ease.
• Have a strong creative eye and understand modern content formats across TikTok, IG Reels, and YT Shorts.
• Are naturally organized, detail-driven, and quick on your feet during fast-paced productions.
• Bring experience in managing professional shoots (photo + video).
• Feel comfortable being on-camera when needed (optional but preferred).
• Understand how to translate strategy into visually compelling content.
Experience We Value
• 2–5 years in production, creative content, or social-first brand work.
• Experience working with photographers, videographers, and talent on professional sets.
• Proven ability to shoot clean, engaging handheld/iPhone content.
• A portfolio or examples demonstrating past production and creative work.
