As our
Maintenance
Supervisor
, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
You will bring 3+ years of relevant maintenance expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associates' degree in a related field or additional years of experience.

The hiring range for this rol
e is $119, $163,680.00 CAD. The
compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 17% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
