THE ROLE

Lisa Gozlan Jewelry is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sales floor. This hands-on leadership role is focused on creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and guiding the sales team with confidence and enthusiasm.

This position is based out of our
Yorkville Showroom
in Downtown Toronto.

The Floor Manager is a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and store presentation, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for client service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, motivates their team through example, and approaches challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

General tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure all operational policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Manage customer flow in-store, coordinate stock replenishments, and resolve immediate issues on the sales floor.
  • Maintain a visually appealing showroom that reflects brand standards.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displays are refreshed throughout the day, and the space remains clean and organized.
  • Supervise and support sales associates, providing on-the-spot coaching, feedback, and guidance.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales activity and provide real-time support during customer interactions.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (jewelry or luxury retail experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong sales acumen and confidence in driving purchasing decisions through client-focused interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for jewelry, fashion, and styling, with the desire to develop extensive product knowledge.
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive team player with a positive, engaging presence on the sales floor.
  • Comfortable using retail technology systems (POS, scheduling platforms, etc.).
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and retail holidays.
