Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team and assist in feeding a feeder bin for our gravel crusher. This is a critical role in ensuring smooth operations at our facility and maintaining production levels. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Duties

  • Operate front-end loaders to load and move gravel materials to the feeder bin for the crusher.
  • Ensure consistent and timely feeding of materials to maintain optimal crusher performance.
  • Perform pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on the loader equipment.
  • Monitor material flow and make adjustments as necessary to avoid blockages or downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment around the crushing and loader areas.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience operating front-end loaders or other heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Familiarity with gravel or mining operations is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
