Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Fleet Coordinator to join our Brampton-based Ontario team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for logistics and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment deliveries, pickups, and maintenance schedules
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, documentation, and compliance
  • Support the Fleet Manager with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor fleet usage and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver's license is an asset
