Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Fleet Coordinator to join our Brampton-based Ontario team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment deliveries, pickups, and maintenance schedules
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, documentation, and compliance
- Support the Fleet Manager with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor fleet usage and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license is an asset
