We're hiring an on-call receptionist to provide coverage as needed, sometimes on short notice. While regular weekly hours aren't guaranteed, there is potential for temporary part-time or full-time shifts in the coming months due to team coverage needs, including vacation and potential leave.

Ideal for someone looking for flexible, occasional work with the possibility of more consistent hours at times.

Work in our clinic during clinic hours which may be as early as 8:45 am, and as late as 9 pm as our schedule requires. Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Duties may include:

  • Booking appointments for various services with different therapists

  • Billing clients, and taking insurance information

  • Taking payment

  • Answering phone calls

  • Outbound calls to existing clients

  • Laundry and light cleaning

  • Taking care of social media as directed

  • Set up and execute email campaigns

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work effectively independently

  • Ability to follow and provide detailed written or verbal instructions

  • Positive, focused, punctual, deadline driven, resilient and a team first attitude

  • Previous Receptionist experience an asset

  • Familiarity with JaneApp an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
