Role Description

This is a full-time, role for an Attorney located in Laval, QC. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, practicing in commercial litigation, representing clients in negotiations, and developing legal strategies. The role involves working closely with the team to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong competency in Law, including commercial litigation
  • Experience with representations before the courts
  • Ability to provide comprehensive Legal Advice and develop legal strategies
  • Proficient in conducting thorough Research
  • Skilled Negotiator with proven experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Laval, QC
  • Member of the Bar in good standing

Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un avocat à temps plein pour un poste à Laval (QC).

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de :

  • Fournir des conseils juridiques stratégiques et pratiques aux clients.
  • Effectuer des recherches juridiques approfondies et rédiger des avis, procédures et autres documents juridiques.
  • Représenter les clients devant les tribunaux et lors de négociations.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies juridiques efficaces dans divers domaines du droit, notamment le litige commercial.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe afin d'assurer la satisfaction et le succès de nos clients.

Qualifications

  • Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec
  • Solide compétence en droit, notamment en litige commercial
  • Expérience avérée en représentation devant les tribunaux
  • Capacité à fournir des conseils juridiques complets et à développer des stratégies efficaces
  • Excellente maîtrise de la recherche juridique
  • Aptitudes éprouvées en négociation
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
