, we're launching a new financial advisory firm in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Our mission is simple: help clients invest with clarity and confidence, and compound wealth the right way.

We're hiring a
Portfolio Manager–eligible Financial Advisor
to join us at launch. In this role, you'll have discretionary authority to manage client ETF portfolios, provide clear investment advice, and help shape a firm built on trust and long-term thinking, while leading clients on their path to prosperity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through discovery conversations, goal-setting, and risk assessment
  • Recommend and implement suitable investment strategies using the firm's ETF-based model portfolios
  • Meet client experience, advice, and business development goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Educate clients and prospects on our investment philosophy through video, blog posts, and seminars

Job Qualifications

  • CFA charter holder with a minimum of 3 years of relevant investment management experience
  • Eligible for registration as a Portfolio Manager (PM) under provincial securities commissions and/or CIRO, and as a Registered Individual under an Exempt Market Dealer (EMD)
  • Strong understanding of ETF-based portfolio construction, asset allocation, and client risk profiling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering client-centered investment solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
