Position Overview
We're looking for a
licensed Realtor
with 3–5 years of experience who's ready for more than just transactions. This role is designed for someone who wants to
grow into leadership
,
build systems
, and
help shape a sales department
that spans multiple divisions —
residential resale, commercial, and investment relations.
The
Junior Sales Manager
role will begin as a commission-based Realtor position, focused on results and proof of capability. After demonstrating strong production, leadership, and initiative in the first six months, the successful candidate will transition into a salaried
Junior Sales Manager
role, responsible for overseeing and growing our sales divisions.
Phase I (First 6 Months): Active Sales & Performance
During the first stage, you'll be immersed in our brokerage and investment ecosystem. You'll:
- Act as an active sales representative — handling your own listings, buyers, and transactions.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team to elevate listings and sales content.
- Build relationships within our investment and commercial divisions to understand deal flow and investor alignment.
- Demonstrate your leadership potential through consistency, initiative, and communication.
This period will be
fully commission-based
, designed to showcase your drive, production ability, and leadership qualities in action.
Phase II (Post 6 Months): Junior Operations & Sales Management
Upon demonstrating success and initiative, you'll step into a leadership-track position with increased responsibility, a structured base, and performance-based bonuses.
Your role will expand to include oversight and growth across three divisions:
Residential Resale Division
- Provide support, accountability, and guidance to our resale team of Realtors.
- Set quarterly goals, review listings and deal pipelines, and track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to include team listings and successes in social media and investor campaigns.
Commercial Division
- Work closely with our commercial agents to track exclusives, listings, etc.
- Ensure all commercial leads are followed up on and pipelines remain active.
- Support the division's growth by identifying new partnership opportunities and deal sources.
Investor Relations / Generational Wealth
- Coordinate and assist with investor events, webinars, and capital-raising initiatives.
- Manage inbound and outbound investor leads within the CRM system.
- Schedule discovery calls, support follow-ups, and help optimize lead funnels.
- Propose new strategies to increase conversions and improve investor engagement.
Sales Operations & Leadership
- Develop standardized sales systems, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership review.
- Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and help train others on new systems.
- Lead by example — through consistent communication, professionalism, and accountability.
- Potential to grow into a future
Sales Manager or Director of Sales
role as the company expands.
Who You Are
- Licensed Realtor in good standing
- 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate transactions (residential or commercial).
- Eager for growth opportunities
- Confident, organized, and results-driven with strong people skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and initiative.
- Excited by structure, accountability, and scaling systems — not afraid of leadership.
- Ambitious and ready to show results before stepping into a salaried role.
Compensation Phase I – First 6 Months (Commission-Only)
- 100% commission-based Realtor structure.
- Access to company-generated leads, listings, and investor opportunities.
- Designed to demonstrate performance, initiative, and leadership potential.
Phase II – Transition to Junior Operations & Sales Manager
- Base Salary:
$60,000 – $70,000 - Bonuses & Incentives:
- • Quarterly KPI bonus tied to sales volume, lead generation, and team growth.
- • Commission overrides on residential, commercial, or investor-related transactions.
- • Event performance bonuses for successful investor or sales-driven events.
