Reporting to the Store Manager and as part of the Retail team, you will act as a true ambassador of the brand. You will embody our core values:

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to commercial performance:
    Actively participate in achieving sales targets and monitor KPIs. Advise and assist customers at the point of sale. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement action plans to improve store performance.

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience:
    Create meaningful interactions through personalized and relevant storytelling. Help build customer loyalty and support the development of the client portfolio with the team.

  • Support daily store operations:
    Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, conduct regular inventory checks, and contribute to maintaining a well-organized store environment.

  • Uphold the brand image:
    Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times.

  • Act in line with the brand's CSR values:
    Carry out your responsibilities while aligning with Kitsuné's strategic pillars and sustainability commitments.

  • You are a team player, adaptable to both customer needs and business priorities.
  • You have a strong commercial mindset and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You are deeply interested in fashion and possess a solid understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • You have a strong sales-driven personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Japanese or Korean would be a plus.
