Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding their insurance needs, helping them select the best policies to protect their assets and ensure peace of mind. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a customer-centric approach, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
  • Skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and evaluating policy options.

Pay: $45,000.00-$66,433.57 per year
