We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy scalable RPA bots based on business requirements using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement automation solutions.

Follow secure development practices and ensure solutions comply with privacy and government standards.

Document all technical processes, configurations, and workflow logic clearly and thoroughly.

Participate in code reviews, RPA governance, and automation best practices discussions.

Required Qualifications:

Must be eligible for Canadian Security Clearance (or currently hold one).

Experience with Automation Anywhere.

Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

1+ years of experience in RPA development using tools such as Automation Anywhere and/or similar.

Strong programming/scripting knowledge.

Familiarity with business process mapping and optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $47,596.43-$124,476.24 per year
