The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a driven
Aftermarket Parts Inside Sales Representative
to join our team in
Surrey, British Columbia
. As the Aftermarket Parts Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to Parts customers and the Service department, in addition to managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Aftermarket Parts Inside Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage inbound sales leads
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Provide customers with suitable product options and solutions to meet their unique needs
- Identify new business through prospecting and cold calling
- Gain product knowledge on a variety of material handling equipment
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Previous customer service experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
