We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive painting and repair, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This role requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing and applying paint according to manufacturer specs
- Color matching and blending
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Ensuring all work meets quality control standards
- Following safety procedures and using PPE
- Working collaboratively with other technicians and team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive prep and painting
- Knowledge of refinishing techniques, paint systems (e.g., PPG, AXALTA, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must bring a good attitude and strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
