Now Hiring:
We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Service and Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will support our sales operations, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal departments.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Inside Sales Coordinator is a key member of our team. They are the direct link between the manufacturing facility and the end customer. The incumbent will bring previous large account and/or fortune 500 experience and possess the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure all orders are delivered on time. A strong Senior Inside Sales Coordinator will have the ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies translating to customer growth.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Order entry
· Set up bill of material
· Oversee new product launches
· Communicate with customers daily via phone/email and ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner
· Complete detailed open order reports for customers
· Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments
· Communicate daily with production on order status, priorities, trouble shooting etc.
· Inform purchasing of any shortages delaying on time delivery
· Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure all pickup requests include the correct items and ensure customers pick up in a timely fashion
· Work closely with the inventory team to schedule cycle counts, coordinate sample requests and avoid manufacturing shortages
· Initiate new component testing procedure
· Create production work order documents and release for manufacturing
· Purchase order placement/monitoring for packaging components
· Reconcile/close customer orders
· Maintain open order report dates
· Participate in daily production meetings
· Participate in weekly new product meetings
· All other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· College Diploma
· 3-5 Years experience (Inside Sales/Customer Service)
· 2+ Years in manufacturing environment
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
· Excellent written & oral communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Experience with MRP/ERP Software Systems is essential
· Previous full cycle sales experience
· Ability to develop and foster positive customer relationships
· Ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing priorities
· Prior experience managing fortune 500/large accounts.
· Ability to think critically and work with minimal supervision
· Detail oriented
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $35.00-$44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
