About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our restaurant take away packaging products and solutions within a defined geographic territory. You'll combine your sales expertise, industry connections and a deep product knowledge to help restaurants, cafes, and retail businesses find the packaging solutions they need.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with both new and existing customers.
Sales Calls & Prospecting: Conduct daily sales calls, actively prospect new clients, and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies, manage your territory effectively, and provide timely reports on sales activities and market conditions.
Product Knowledge: Gain a strong understanding of the company's product lines and communicate value-added solutions to customers.
Account Management: Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activity, and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience working with Restaurants, Restaurant Groups, Food Service Distributors (packaging or restaurant supply sales preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and territory planning skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
Adaptable to changing markets and customer needs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools e.g., Odoo is a plus.
Valid driver's license with ability to travel within assigned territory.
