Living Libations creates pure, organic beauty and wellness products rooted in botanical formulations and holistic living. We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer with strong Graphic Design experience to produce refined, nature-inspired visuals.

Role Overview

As the Motion Graphics Designer, you will create polished, on-brand static and dynamic visual assets that embody Living Libations' ethereal, botanical aesthetic. You will collaborate closely with marketing, web, product, and creative teams to produce high-quality graphic design work for digital platforms, social media, e-commerce, email campaigns, product launches, and print media. Motion graphics and lightweight product photography editing will complement your primary graphic design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality static and dynamic assets: illustrations, infographics, social graphics, banners, email templates, website visuals, packaging elements, and print materials.
  • Develop concepts, iterate with feedback, and deliver brand-consistent work on deadline.
  • Light product photo edits as needed.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to iterate on designs, animations, and photographs.
  • Optimize assets for all platforms and formats.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in animation and graphic design with basic photo retouching skills; (holistic beauty/wellness preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); solid working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro an asset.
  • Strong portfolio focused on sophisticated graphic design and digital assets. Supporting examples of motion graphics, print materials, and photography an asset.
  • Expert understanding of composition, color theory, typography, hierarchy, and botanical/visual storytelling.
  • Ability to translate complex wellness and ingredient concepts into clear, beautiful visuals.
  • Excellent file organization, asset management, and optimization skills for web and mobile delivery.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with innovative, holistic beauty and botanical branding approaches.
  • Experience in e-commerce visual content creation, including 360° product spins or lifestyle integration.
  • Motion graphics for social/short-form content. Understanding of web animation formats (Lottie, GIF, CSS triggers) an asset;
  • Product photography and retouching.
  • Proficient with remote collaboration tools (Gmail, Gemini, Asana).
