Videographer & Editor - Reach My World

Who We Are
Reach My World is committed to development of creative approaches to motivate, train, encourage, and support users to share the Christian gospel.

THE PROJECT
We are building a subscription-based coaching platform for relational Evangelism to enable ordinary Christians to share their faith.

THE POSITION
We are seeking a versatile Videographer / Editor to handle both production and post-production of content for our app. One will shoot and edit multiple short-form videos daily that serve as intro and training content for users, as well as sharable content for users to send their connections.

One report to our Producer and work closely with the Production Team to deliver high-quality content from shoot to final delivery. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical aspects of video creation and takes pride in delivering polished, professional videos that inspire and equip users.

Responsibilities
Videography

  • Set up and operate all camera, lighting, and audio equipment for daily shoots
  • Execute the creative vision under the Producer's direction
  • Configure technical settings and troubleshoot all production equipment issues
  • Transfer, organize, and backup all raw footage to storage systems
  • Maintain studio space and equipment organization

Editing

  • Edit multiple videos daily including cuts, color grading, and audio mixing
  • Create graphics, titles, thumbnails, and visual effects
  • Export, upload, and optimize videos for all distribution platforms
  • Manage file organization, project archives, and storage systems

Skills Required

  • Portfolio to showcase recent work
  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor
  • Strong technical knowledge of camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Some experience with in one of or all: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
  • Skills in color grading and audio mixing
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of video optimization for various platforms (mobile, social media, web)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience with motion graphics
  • Previous experience with similar Christian projects
