Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and have experience with various beauty treatments. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience and promoting our services through effective communication and social media management.

Duties

  • Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their appointments.
  • Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-ins using salon software such as MINDBODY.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, following strict sanitation protocols.
  • Assist in social media management to promote services, engage with clients, and showcase results.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and support overall salon operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to eyelash extensions and other beauty treatments.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Certification in cosmetology or relevant beauty treatments is required.
  • Familiarity with various beauty techniques such as body waxing, hair extensions, makeup application, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon environment is essential.
