En tant que chef du groupe de gestion des disciplines Matériel et intergiciels embarqués (HEM) , vous contribuerez à rendre l'entreprise plus innovante et plus compétitive. Le groupe de gestion des disciplines HEM améliore nos outils d'ingénierie et remodèle les pratiques associées.
Le référent du processus Matériel et intergiciels embarqués (HEM) est responsable de la définition, du maintien et de la mise en œuvre du processus HEM à appliquer dans tous les différents départements au sein de HEM et dans les projets, ainsi que de la mise en place des outils.
Tout en recherchant des améliorations continues, le référent du processus HEM s'assure que les mesures et les techniques appliquées sont homogènes au niveau du département et conformes aux normes CENELEC les plus récentes.
Le référent processus HEM est également responsable de la gestion des compétences CENELEC du département (de la formation à l'évaluation des compétences).
Principales responsabilités
Développer l'expertise en matière de pratiques HEM :
Rechercher des améliorations continues en termes de mesures et de techniques appliquées.
- Participer activement aux ateliers interfonctionnels
Point focal pour l'interface du processus avec les autres départements techniques.
Interface avec le responsable du processus DDQS ou le référent du processus d'une autre discipline pour conduire et soutenir les changements / ajustements / clarifications du processus.
Représente le CC HEM de l'URS et assure l'interface avec les propriétaires de processus HEM de MLS/ GTS afin de consolider les processus au sein de GTS
Dirige la transformation HEM par l'utilisation de Polarion
Responsable de la gestion des compétences CENELEC
Assure l'environnement E2 :
Assure la configuration de l'environnement E2 pour les membres de l'équipe HEM.
- Participe activement à la configuration et au déploiement de l'environnement E2.
- Participe à la définition du processus et de la configuration de l'environnement avec GTS.
Assure le suivi et la gestion des licences requises au sein de HEM.
Assurer l'homogénéité des processus HEM appliqués à tous les projets :
Contrôle de la conformité des processus : contrôler l'application des plans sur la base d'un échantillonnage par le biais d'audits réguliers et de rapports correspondants
Soutenir et guider WPM dans la préparation et la réalisation de la revue DDQS si nécessaire.
Agir en tant qu'agent de gestion du changement :
Créer et maintenir le matériel de formation, la documentation utilisateur.
- Fournir une formation à l'utilisateur final et un support technique.
Suivre le commentaire de l'utilisateur et l'évolution constante des outils afin de proposer la meilleure solution.
Veiller à ce que les KPI et les enseignements tirés soient réalisés et transmis pour amélioration :
Fournir à la communauté HEM des données précieuses pour le suivi des portefeuilles et des projets : KPI de livraison à temps (OTD), KPI d'attributs d'estimation (EA), efficacité du projet / analyse des causes profondes / KPI CONQ,
- Conduit les leçons apprises et coordonne la mise en œuvre des améliorations.
Exigences clés
- 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente
- Diplôme universitaire en génie électrique, mécatronique, ingénierie des systèmes ou dans un domaine étroitement lié.
- Connaissance des technologies de signalisation ferroviaire, y compris SelTrac CBTC
- Forte expérience concrète de l'application de la norme CENELEC 5012x dans l'industrie CBTC
- Capacité d'interagir avec d'importants responsables de clients et de projets
- Doit être capable de communiquer clairement des situations complexes à différentes parties prenantes
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité d'équilibrer des priorités multiples ;
- Connaissance des processus de développement de l'ingénierie du matériel et des intergiciels intégrés
- Connaissance des outils de développement HW
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale ; l'anglais est obligatoire
- Excellentes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles
- Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé pour soutenir les projets internationaux
As the leader of the Hardware & Embedded Middleware (HEM) Discipline Management Group, you will help to make the company more innovative and competitive. HEM Discipline Management group improves our engineering tools and reshaping associated practices. The HEM process referent is responsible for defining, maintaining, and implementing the HEM Process to be applied across all the different Departments within HEM and projects, as well as tools setup. While looking for continuous improvements, the HEM process referent ensures measures and techniques being applied are homogeneous at department level, and in compliance with the latest CENELEC standards. The HEM process referent is also responsible for the CENELEC competency management of the department (from training to competency assessment).
Key Accountabilities:
- Look for continuous improvements in terms of measures and techniques applied.
- Participates actively to cross functional workshops
- Focal point for process interface into the other technical departments
- Interface to DDQS process owner or other discipline process referent to drive and support process changes / adjustments / clarifications
- Represents URS HEM CC and interface with MLS/ GTS HEM process owners in order to consolidate processes within GTS
- Leads the HEM transformation through the use of Polarion
- Responsible for the CENELEC competency management
- Ensures the E2 environment setup for the HEM team members.
- Participates actively in the E2 environment setup and deployment.
- Participates in the process and environment setup definition with GTS.
- Tracks and manages licenses required within HEM.
- Ensure homogeneity in the HEM processes applied across all projects:
- Process compliance monitoring: monitor the application of the plans on a sampling basis through regular audits + corresponding reporting
- Support and guide WPM in DDQS review preparation and achievement if needed.
- Act as a change management agent:
- Create and maintain training materials, user documentation.
- Provide end user training and technical support.
- Follow user feedback and constant evolution of tools to propose the best solution.
- Ensures KPIs and Lessons Learned are conducted and flown down for improvements:
- Provide the HEM community with valuable data to monitor portfolios & projects: On-time delivery (OTD) KPI,
- Estimate attributes (EA) KPI, Project Efficiency / Root causes analysis / CONQ KPI,
- Conducts Lessons Learned and coordinates implementation of improvements.
Key Requirements:
- 8 years relevant working experience
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, System Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of railway signaling technologies, including SelTrac CBTC
- Strong concrete experience of CENELEC 5012x application in CBTC industry
- Ability to interface with important customer leadership and project leadership
- Must be able to communicate clearly complex situations to different stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Knowledgeable of the hardware and embedded middleware engineering development processes
- Knowledge of HW development tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; English speaking mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English to support with Global projects /
