What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Kimoby, you will be responsible for full-cycle outbound sales, from prospecting to closing. You will be expected to take a consultative approach, deeply understanding prospects' operational challenges and presenting tailored solutions. You'll play a critical role in growing Kimoby's footprint across North America.

Specifically, you'll :

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and our demo platforms.
  • Conduct discovery calls that uncover high-impact operational pain points.
  • Deliver solution-driven product demos that connect Kimoby's value to the dealership's goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast accurately using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR team and leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, and GTM strategies.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with both single-location and group dealership stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through coaching and training sessions.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive or Senior Sales Development Representative.
  • Ability to run a full sales cycle from cold calling to closing.
  • Comfort with outbound sales environments : cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: active listening, concise follow-up questioning, rapport building.
  • Driven, competitive, and resilient.
  • Experience using modern sales tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong) is a plus.
  • Previous experience selling to automotive dealerships or in a SaaS environment (major asset).
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, month-to-month sales cycle (no long contract reviews).

Ton rôle au quotidien

En tant que chargé.e de comptes chez Kimoby, tu seras responsable du cycle complet de vente en prospection, allant de la recherche de nouveaux clients jusqu'à la conclusion des ventes. Tu adopteras une approche consultative, en prenant le temps de bien comprendre les défis opérationnels des prospects afin de leur proposer des solutions adaptées. Tu joueras un rôle clé dans l'expansion de Kimoby à travers l'Amérique du Nord.

Plus précisément, tu auras à :

  • Prospecter et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités en utilisant des outils tels que HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong et nos plateformes de démos.
  • Mener des appels exploratoires permettant d'identifier des enjeux opérationnels à fort impact.
  • Présenter des démos de produits axées sur les solutions qui relient la valeur de Kimoby aux objectifs du concessionnaire.
  • Négocier et conclure des contrats.
  • Gérer le pipeline et les prévisions avec précision en utilisant HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de représentants des ventes pour affiner les messages, les campagnes et les stratégies GTM.
  • Engager et entretenir des relations avec les parties prenantes, qu'il s'agisse d'un seul site ou d'un groupe de concessionnaires.
  • Améliorer constamment tes compétences de vente et tes connaissances des produits grâce à des séances de coaching et de formation.

Ce qui fait de toi notre futur collègue

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente B2B en tant que chargé(e) de comptes ou représentant des ventes sénior.
  • Maîtrise complète de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Capacité à gérer un cycle de vente complet, de la prospection téléphonique à la conclusion.
  • Aisance avec les techniques de ventes externes : appels à froid, courriels, approches via LinkedIn.
  • Solides compétences en matière de vente consultative : écoute active, capacité à poser des questions de clarification pertinentes et à instaurer une relation de confiance.
  • Motivé(e), compétitif(ve) et résilient(e).
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils de vente (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong) (un plus).
  • Expérience préalable dans la vente à des concessionnaires automobiles ou dans un environnement SaaS (atout majeur).
  • Autonome et capable de t'épanouir dans un cycle de vente mensuel à évolution rapide (pas de révision de contrat de longue durée).
