Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing information about mobile devices and plans, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in identifying their mobile communication needs and recommending suitable products and plans.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer questions about features, specifications, and pricing.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Proactively engage with customers to promote products and services and drive sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest mobile devices, plans, and promotions offered by Freedom Mobile.
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including merchandise displays and promotional materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Participate in regular store maintenance activities, such as inventory counts and merchandising updates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
