ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking skilled Adoption Coaches to join our team, working on client-based projects within healthcare settings. Leveraging expertise in clinical workflows and end-user training, the Adoption Coach will drive engagement, build user confidence, and support effective technology adoption to enhance patient care delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:
- Provide on-site support during system go-live periods to assist users and promote smooth adoption of new workflows
- Help resolve user challenges by offering real-time guidance and escalating complex issues when necessary
- Capture common questions and feedback to support continuous improvement and future training initiatives
- Deliver targeted training and share quick tips or reference materials to reinforce best practices and user confidence
- Communicate regularly with leadership and project teams to share user insights and adoption progress
- Monitor and report on key adoption activities, identifying areas where additional support may be beneficial
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure a coordinated, positive user experience
- Support the transition to steady-state operations by empowering internal teams to maintain adoption momentum
WHAT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare, health informatics, or information technology field
- Extensive knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, including both acute and community-based settings
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles and best practices
- Willingness to work a 48-hour schedule consisting of 12-hour rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays) is required
- Cerner certification is preferred
- Experience supporting Cerner implementation would be considered an asset
