About the Role:

As our Commercial Plumbing & HVAC Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of mechanical construction projects—from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You'll also be managing and scheduling a crew of up to 20 tradespeople, ensuring effective workflow, coordination, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
  • Schedule and oversee a crew of 15–20 journeymen and apprentices
  • Monitor field progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and code standards
  • Participate in site meetings, procurement, and change order processes
  • Resolve issues and delays proactively to keep projects on track

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC
  • Proven ability to manage and schedule field crews (10+ employees)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) (an asset but not required)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
