UX/UI Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive designs, ensuring optimal usability and visual appeal. The UX/UI Designer will play a key role in shaping the user journey, applying best practices in interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards to deliver seamless digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create information architecture diagrams and user flows to optimize user experience across platforms.
• Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user interaction challenges and improve overall usability.
• Ensure designs adhere to web accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive digital experiences.
• Utilize data analysis skills and tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions based on user behavior insights.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain consistency across products by developing and applying design patterns, style guides, and UI components.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital design, motion graphics, interaction design, and front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Bootstrap, SCSS, Redux, APIs, AWS services, WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, Telerik, Unify Engine, Unity, and Omnigraffle.

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure RP, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of front-end development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3 (Less/SCSS), JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience designing for mobile applications and mobile devices with attention to responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), requirements gathering techniques, and product development methodologies including Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to perform data visualization and analysis using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to enhance user experience strategies.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods such as A/B testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Expertise in interaction design concepts including motion graphics and digital interactions using tools like Adobe After Effects or Unity.
• Strong understanding of information architecture principles for structuring content effectively.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive designs.
• Excellent analysis skills for interpreting user data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
