Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and professional Truck Drivers to join our growing fleet. Drivers must be capable of running Canada TO USA routes, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism. We welcome Team drivers. This position is ideal for drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that values reliability, compliance, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate tractor-trailers safely across Canada and the United States.
  • Transport freight efficiently while ensuring compliance with all federal, provincial/state, and cross-border regulations.
  • Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report defects.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and required documentation (ELD, border paperwork, customs documentation, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules, delays, or incidents.
  • Ensure the secure loading and unloading of freight.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Teams - Minimum 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience in both Canada and the USA.
  • Valid Class 1/AZ driver's license (or provincial equivalent).
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Experience with long-haul, cross-border operations.
  • Ability to operate ELD and complete required paperwork accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations in Canada and the USA.
  • Ability to drive in all weather conditions and across varied terrains.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a professional attitude; team drivers accepted and encouraged.
  • US Visa preferred not manditory

Working Conditions

  • Long-haul runs across Canada and the USA, including overnight and extended trips.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Exposure to varying climates, road conditions, and long driving hours.
