Northstar Ford is looking for a Lot Attendant/Driver to support our high-performing Service team at our Calgary dealership.

About the Role:

As a Lot Attendant/Driver, you'll play a vital role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include transporting vehicles between dealerships and service locations. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle lot, ensuring vehicles are ready for customer delivery and ensuring the security of North Star Ford's premises.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles, from compact cars to full-size trucks and transits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and transport vehicles between Northstar Ford locations, other dealerships, service centers, and customer sites
  • Inspect vehicles before and after transport, noting any damage or issues
  • Ensure all vehicles are parked and displayed properly on the lot
  • Keep the lot clean, organized, and free of debris
  • Support the service department with vehicle movement and customer pick-ups/drop-offs

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Comfortable driving various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
  • A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

No experience? No problem

We provide full training to the right individual — all you need is enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for driving.

Work shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.
