Key Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, including painting, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Conduct equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Handle racking repairs and assist with warehouse upkeep
• Operate and maintain forklift, scissor lift, and bobcat equipment
• Provide snow removal services during winter months
• Serve as a backup driver when needed
• Perform other duties as required to support facility operations and team needs

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Skills & Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with forklift, scissor lift, and bobcat operation
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and problem-solving

About Us
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, EECOL also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.  Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
