Are you an organized, friendly, and team-oriented individual looking to join a supportive medical office? Our family practice is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team

Our clinic is home to a family doctor, nurse practitioners and a physician assistant serving a busy roster of patients. We take great pride in the way our staff supports one another and our patients with kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional front-line service
  • Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls
  • Register and schedule patient appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing faxes and electronic documents
  • Scan, file, and upload patient documents accurately into the EMR system
  • Direct patient concerns/symptoms to ensure proper direction to clinical staff
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with providers and other team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, use good judgment, and problem-solve
  • Experience with QHR Accuro software

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
