We're looking for a curious, data-driven, and strategic thinker to join our HR Data Science & Planning team as a Senior Analyst, HR Analytics & Reporting. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how Rogers understands and improves the employee experience. You'll leverage advanced analytics, behavioural science, and storytelling to uncover insights that drive meaningful change across our organization.

What you'll do:

  • Lead analytical projects focused on employee experience, engagement, and sentiment using survey data, operational metrics, and other people data sources
  • Design and execute research studies (quantitative and qualitative) to identify drivers of employee outcomes such as retention, performance, and well-being
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights through compelling visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business leaders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Business Partners and other teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, DE&I, IT) to embed employee experience insights into strategic planning and decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions, both internally and in partnership with vendors
  • Drive continuous improvement of employee listening strategies and programs
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in employee experience analytics

What you bring:

  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour)
  • Proficiency in statistical programming tools such as R or Python (e.g., data wrangling, merging, visualizations, statistical tests)
  • Experience with parametric and non-parametric statistics, empirical research, scientific literature reviews, survey design, natural language processing/topic modeling
  • Excellent communication and knowledge translation skills (e.g., ability to draw key insights from complex datasets and communicate them to non-technical audiences, create effective and concise PowerPoint slides)
  • Strong relationship management skills (e.g., ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions with a customer service mindset)
