Overview

We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring smooth service operations. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly
  • Take customer orders accurately
  • Packaging food and beverages efficiently.
  • Process payments through cash handling and cashiering duties, including basic math calculations
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables and service stations
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively
  • Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or food industry preferred, especially in cashiering roles
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders and tasks efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
