We are seeking a Water Care Technician to join our team in Whistler, BC. This role involves maintaining water quality in hot tubs and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain water quality in hot tubs, ensuring proper chemical balance and cleanliness.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Drive to multiple locations in various weather conditions to service hot tubs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients as needed.
- Keep accurate and legible records of maintenance and service tasks.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Customer service experience with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate water testing and maintenance.
- Ability to maintain clear and legible paperwork.
- Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites.
