Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into engaging designs. You will work closely with various departments to create compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role requires proficiency in graphic design software and a strong understanding of design principles.

Duties

  • Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for various projects including marketing materials, social media content, and website graphics.
  • Create logos and branding elements that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Prioritizes each day to efficiently and cost-effectively schedule the workflow
  • Works on different projects simultaneously
  • Creates proofs and sends to customers using the online proofing system
  • Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer
  • Helps unload raw materials and cleans and maintains storage areas
  • Loads materials on/into printer and/or laminator, which may require some heavy lifting
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and design motion graphics for multimedia projects.
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, InVision, and CSS to produce high-quality designs.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CorelDraw ,Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all client or team specifications are met and free of any errors.
  • Patience to send creative designs through multiple approval processes and often work with several different people to get a job done.
  • Strong knowledge of UI design principles and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep up with various client needs or team projects.
  • Experience with motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
  • Understanding of typography and visual design principles.
  • Ability to create digital designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
  • Experience with tools like Figma, InVision, CorelDRAW, and Sketch is a plus.
