At Distinct Vancouver we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused In-Store Sales Assistant to join our growing team. You'll represent one of our trusted national clients, promoting essential products and services that bring everyday value to customers.

This is a hands-on, face-to-face role that takes place within retail environments across the Greater Vancouver area. You'll engage with shoppers, explain product benefits, and help them make confident, informed decisions. Whether it's a pop-up stand, an in-store event, or a promotional display, you'll be at the centre of creating engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in-store to promote and sell products and services

  • Deliver friendly, informative, and confident product presentations

  • Create a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer

  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals

  • Maintain a professional and approachable attitude at all times

  • Keep displays organized, stocked, and visually appealing

  • Accurately record sales and customer interactions

  • Participate in training, team meetings, and promotional events

  • Contribute to a fun, team-based atmosphere that values collaboration and motivation
