Job Title: Personal Support Worker – Filipino Background Required (Oakville)

We are looking for a Filipino Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide dedicated in-home care for a private client located in Oakville, Ontario. Due to the client's strong cultural preferences and language needs, this position is strictly for someone of Filipino descent.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Medication reminders
  • Support with mobility and exercise

Requirements:

  • Must be of Filipino background, as requested by the client for cultural comfort
  • Experience as a caregiver or Personal Support Worker
  • PSW certification
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be able to commute to or live in Oakville

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
