Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Coordinator based in Kelowna, BC. The Construction Project Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with construction teams, managing project schedules, tracking budgets, and liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success. The role also involves implementing and adhering to safety protocols and contributing to project planning and management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
  • Experience in Budgeting and Construction Management
  • Strong Project Management skills to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and environmental sustainability is an asset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Post-secondary education in construction management or a related field is preferred
