What the day will look like- Engage management on aged balances
- Liaise with Account Executives to promote Premium Finance
- Investigate credit balances and help set up refund requests
- Update and maintain comments for tracking and diarizing
- Assist leadership and other colleagues with projects, using advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe/eCopy and internet browsers for research
- Apply innovative and proactive approach to deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients, and fellow co-workers both within and outside of immediate team
- Communicate in person and through correspondence with high level contacts inside and outside the company such as customers, and senior leadership
- Maintain manuals, policy, and procedure files, etc. in applicable format
- Assist in research, testing, and/or implementation of revised policies and procedures
- Reconcile/coordinate reports with other departments as needed
- Assist with other responsibilities as requested
This opportunity offers a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate with clients and colleagues across Canada. The role reports to the Regional Credit and Collections Manager.
Skills and experience that will lead to success- French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
- Possess 2 years or more of administrative and/or Accounts Receivable experience.
- Knowledge of general office administration.
- Excellent organization skills, strong attention to details and the ability to multi-task.
- Effective communication skills (written and oral).
- Advanced computer skills required (Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as internet browsers and Adobe).
- Proven ability to identify areas needing improved efficiency and improve techniques and strategies under manager's mentorship.
- Shows a proactive, collaborative, and innovative working style within a forward-thinking office, always maintaining the highest standards of integrity
- Shows a clear understanding of personal strengths and areas for development, proactively bringing to bear strengths and seeking manager mentorship to address opportunities for improvement.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
