We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DevOps cloud migration expert to join our research and development department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for improving our deployment and integration tools using containers (Docker), participating in the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, employing test-driven development (TDD) techniques, developing test automation strategies, performing code reviews on the work of your peers, and collaborating with the team to improve continuous integration techniques and processes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented software development intern to lend a hand in our Research and Development department as we migrate to the cloud. You will have the chance to participate in stimulating projects with tangible impacts in the healthcare sector: our logistics systems are used from the warehouse to the operating room. You will be part of a Scrum team that emphasizes continuous improvement of practices and teamwork. You will develop in an AWS ecosystem where we optimize the potential of new cloud architectures. Finally, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced architects and developers who prioritize having fun while working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve deployment and integration tools using containers (Docker)
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
  • Employ TDD techniques to ensure high-quality code
  • Develop test automation strategies to streamline testing
  • Perform code reviews to maintain code quality
  • Collaborate with the team to improve continuous integration techniques and processes
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of scripting languages
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology
  • Logical and organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Studying computer science or computer engineering in university
  • Strong proficiency in English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues
