Salary:
$66,597 – $83,246 – $91,571 per year (pay range explained below)

Hours:
37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)

Location:
North Vancouver Warehouse – Fully on-site.

About The Role
As Senior Supplies Coordinator, Clinical Supplies, you will – collaborate with CST team members to effectively coordinate the ordering, packing and shipping of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals for First Nations communities. Activities will include ordering for health service sites and the warehouse, maintaining inventory and warehouse organization, receiving, shipping, invoicing, and other associated administrative and general tasks.

Regular Travel to remote communities and health centers as required.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have;

  • University Degree in business or health related field. Recent and relevant experience in health care inventory coordination and administrative support (usually acquired over a period of 2 to 5 years) preferably within the context of First Nations and/or Indigenous health or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in the use of inventory management software.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Able to travel to and work in communities at least 50% of work time

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
