ESW Building Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Parquet & Hardwood Flooring Contractor to join our team of craftspeople. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and restore hardwood and parquet flooring to professional standards.
  • Apply stains, sealants, and finishes to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure precise layout and installation.
  • Operate flooring tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and clarity.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in hardwood and parquet flooring installation and finishing.
  • Strong knowledge of parquet patterns, restoration techniques, and finishing methods.
  • Blueprint reading and layout skills.
  • Additional skills such as tile installation, trim carpentry, or general remodeling are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
