Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose clients' skincare concerns
• Perform professional facial treatments, including classic facials with extractions, as well as advanced treatments such as:
• Microdermabrasion
• Microneedling
• Chemical Peels
• LED Therapy
• Jet Peel
• IPL Hair Removal & Facial Treatments
• Recommend and sell customized skincare routines and retail products to clients
• Educate clients on product benefits and treatment plans
• Maintain a clean and inviting treatment room
• Care for spa equipment and ensure proper sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with team members and assist with clinic operations as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized esthetics school/institution (Canadian certification preferred)
• Experience in performing facials with extractions is required
• Additional experience with advanced treatments (IPL, microneedling, peels, etc.) is an asset
• Proven experience in skincare product sales and retailing
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Knowledge of skincare ingredients and products
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Team player with a passion for client care
• Job Types: Part-time, to Full-time
• Salary: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour + commissions
