Full-Time | $40,000–$70,000/year (base + commission)

At Gillian Sims Insurance Agency, we're looking for a vibrant, driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing, friendly team. If you have a passion for sales, thrive on building relationships, and want to be part of a growing local business that genuinely values people—you might be exactly who we're looking for.

 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions
  • Generating leads, setting appointments, and following up on opportunities (you're good with a phone and better in person)
  • Delivering exceptional service that keeps clients coming back
  • Collaborating with our team and agency owner to hit exciting goals—and celebrating when you do

 What You Bring to the Table:

  • You're outgoing, confident, and love helping people
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced team environment
  • Great listener, strong communicator—both in writing and face-to-face
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated—you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Open to learning and growing in the insurance field
  • Insurance license a plus (but we'll help the right candidate get licensed)
