About the Role:
Sonic Incytes is seeking a Shipper & Receiver to join our growing team The Shipper & Receiver will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, materials movement, parts kitting for production orders and warehouse maintenance.
This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain and is an in-person position in Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities:
- Receives incoming shipments and inspects them for damage or discrepancies.
- Processes receiving transactions accurately and in a timey manner.
- Prepares documentation, and coordinate shipment with freight and courier companies.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe shipping, receiving and warehouse area; ensures proper housekeeping practices are followed. Secures and locks the shipping bay at the end of each business day.
Updates tracking information accurately and consistently.
Ensure all boxes are properly packed and labeled, and matched to the correct stock codes, products, and sales order.
Assists in processing internal inventory transactions and resolving cycle count discrepancies, helping to minimize inventory variances through reconciliation and prevention.

appropriately sized bins. - Accurately picks kit orders based on Manufacturing Orders (MO's) and delivers materials to production work centers as requested.
- Identifies and implements approved process improvements to enhance efficiency improvements in logistics and material handling operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in planning and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Physically capable of lifting parcels weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.

Compensation:
- Competitive Salary: Between $50,000 and $62,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
