Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist with strong Shopify and Google SEO experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, improving SEO, and managing our Shopify e-commerce platform to drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve overall brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Management: Optimize and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring products are well-organized, listings are compelling, and the site is user-friendly to improve overall ROI.
SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement and monitor Google SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and maximize ROI by optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing and landing page updates.
Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.), including content creation, posting, and engaging with the community to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty, ensuring ROI is tracked and optimized.
Influencer Marketing: Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers to promote our brand, products, and services, ensuring measurable ROI from influencer campaigns.
Paid Media: Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and sales while closely monitoring ROI and adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (photography, videography, and written copy) for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is designed to optimize ROI.
Website Development & Maintenance: Oversee website updates, content management, and product page optimization to ensure a seamless user experience and maximize ROI.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote sales, and engage with customers, with a focus on tracking and improving ROI.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, campaign effectiveness, and social media engagement. Use data to drive decisions, maximize ROI, and improve key performance metrics.
Landing Pages: Update and optimize landing pages to improve user experience, drive conversions, and align with marketing campaigns to achieve the highest ROI possible.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Shopify e-commerce platform management and product optimization.
Strong knowledge of Google SEO practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience in paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and influencer marketing, with a focus on tracking and improving ROI.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Ability to create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Experience in website development and optimization, including landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
Strong knowledge of photography and videography techniques to create high-quality content.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and improve ROI across all marketing channels.
English (Required) and Chinese (Preferred).
