Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, This role involves engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and assisting with merchandising efforts. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales within our retail environment.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries.
  • Daily Cleaning Schedule.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
  • Assist in merchandising efforts to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively.
  • Engaging and recommending products that meet customer needs.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
  • Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
  • Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
  • Maintain organized work areas and ensure cleanliness throughout the store.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals while providing attentive service.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with merchandising techniques and POS systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly environment.
  • Proven ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
