About Autobahn Motor:

Autobahn Motor is a growing automotive dealership and mechanic shop dedicated to providing quality vehicles and reliable service. We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, track inventory and parts purchases, and oversee daily accounting operations for both the sales and service sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all dealership and shop employees
  • Record and reconcile daily sales, repair orders, and parts transactions
  • Track and account for all parts and inventory purchases
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review
  • Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax requirements
  • Assist with other administrative or accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (automotive or dealership experience preferred)
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is an asset

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time position

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay based on experience
