Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Real Estate Development to support our national development and investment initiatives.

This remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, and translating technical and financial data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with our development, product, and data teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support real-estate projects from acquisition due diligence through feasibility and active development stages.
  • Coordinate deliverables from consultants, architects, and engineers, including meeting scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends in zoning, supply, and demand.
  • Prepare and format internal reports, RFP responses, and Investment Committee (IC) presentation materials.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and invoices; monitor consultant contract compliance.
  • Review proposals, feasibility analyses, and legal agreements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor provincial and municipal policy updates affecting housing and land-use.
  • Identify project risks or process gaps and recommend practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project data integration into UnlockLand's AI platform.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in real-estate development, land brokerage, or asset management coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, Land Development, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Bluebeam, SketchUp, or GIS toolsis an asset.
  • Interest in AI, data analytics, and PropTech preferred.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
