Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in supervising teams, ensuring efficient office management, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records through bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Handle payroll processing and human resources functions, including employee onboarding and training & development initiatives.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial management, budgeting, and vendor management tasks.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies by coordinating with vendors.
- Implement organizational systems to enhance efficiency in administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong emphasis on office experience.
- Supervising experience is preferred, along with demonstrated team management skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in human resources functions is desirable but not mandatory.
